Director X is a Canadian film and music video director. D’LYFE Dance Company is led by co-founders Akua Delfish and Onika Powell. Saukrates is a rapper, singer/song writer and producer, who pioneered the Canadian hip-hop scene. Cameron Bailey is Artistic Director & Co-Head at Toronto International Film Festival. Dr. Mark V. Campbell is the founder of Northside Hip Hop Archive. David Chariandy is a Canadian writer, who won the Rogers Writers' Trust Fiction Prize in 2017. Erika DeFreitas is a Toronto-based artist who works in textiles, performance and photography. Julia Gibran works therapeutically with people via ancient practices or energetic healing modalities. Anique Jordan is an artist, award-winning writer, educator, curator and entrepreneur. Yaniya Lee is a Toronto-based writer and scholar. Carrianne Leung is a fiction writer and educator. Ekow Nimako makes enchanting surrealistic art with the most versatile medium in the world – Lego. Amanda Parris is the host of CBC Arts’ weekly TV and online series Exhibitionists and CBC Music’s Marvin’s Room. Chris Penrose is an artist, educator and writer. Rajni Perera is a diasporic Toronto-based artist whose practice employs a variety of different mediums. Sharine Taylor is an Afro-Jamaican, Toronto-based digital content creator, artist, writer, critic and editor. Joyce Wong is an award-winning director and writer.

1 – 2 am: How to Make a Black Boy Fly: Building Cavalier Noir. Director X and Ekow Nimako. Moderated by Sharine Taylor.*
2:30 – 3:30 am: CONVENE: The Shifting Line Between Amateur and Professional Photographer with SoTeeOh, Gillian Mapp and Christian Fortino. Moderated by Chris Penrose.*
4 – 5:30 am: D’Lyfe Dance Company workshop. Facilitated by Akua Delfish & Onika Powell.
